Terms of Service

By submitting a commission request form you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

Failure to follow the terms of service may result in a cancellation of your commission. In the case that your commission is cancelled via a breach of my terms of service, a refund may not be provided.
You will be expected to conduct yourself kindly and respectfully, through the entire process of the commission. Rudeness or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
Multiple commissions are being created simultaneously, you are expected to be patient and wait your turn.
I am under no obligation to accept a commission request, and reserve the right to cancel at any time.

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment must be made through PayPal.
Pricing may fluctuate based on complexity or additional requests, any additional charges will be stated in your quote sent at the beginning of your commission.
Do not send funds before an invoice is sent. All payments must be sent through the invoice I provide for you.
Full payment is required from the beginning. I will not begin work on your piece until I have received 100% of the commission fee.
Payment must be provided within 48 hours of the invoice being sent.

If your commission is approved, I will send you an invoice with the pricing broken down within it. Any additional charges not expressly listed on my site will be discussed prior to the invoice being sent.
I will not begin work on your commission until payment is received.
Work in progress images will be sent at the sketching and flat color stages (occasionally one may be sent during the thumbnail stage as well. Simple commissions like Pixels and Icons may have less WIP stages).
Whenever I send a work in progress, you will be allowed to request small changes. Any changes related to a prior stage of development may not be requested during a later stage. (*Example: You may not request I change the pose during the coloring phase. That request would have to be submitted after receiving the sketch or thumbnail WIP.)
Any change requests that require a large edit will incur an additional charge.
Please allow at least two weeks for completion of your commission. In some cases I may be able to complete it quicker, and in others it may require more time. This is dependent on complexity, as well as your spot in line.
If you need your commission completed before a certain date, please discuss it with me before the invoice is sent. Projects on short notice with a short deadline may incur a rush fee.

Final and incomplete products are owned by me in their entirety. The commissioner does not claim ownership over the final products in any way.
Any public use of my work must be accompanied by proper and clear credit to me as the creator. I reserve the right to remove any publications of my work at any time that do not fulfill my expectations for proper credit or violate any of the Terms of Service in any way.
Commissioned products are not permitted to be used commercially unless previously consented by me. Commissions intended for commercial use will be charged differently and incur additional fees.
You are not authorized to use my work for product advertisement, merchandise, or any other means of obtaining profit without my expressed and direct consent. Under no circumstances can my artwork be used for or associated with NFTs.
Personal use of the final product is authorized. This means you are welcome to use it for public icons, headers, backgrounds, as well as to print or display the artwork so long as it does not breach any of the Terms of Service.
It is unauthorized to associate my work with, or use my work to promote negativity, racism, homophobia, discrimination, or hateful rhetoric of any kind.
If the Terms of Service are breached by the commissioner, I reserve the right to revoke personal use authorization of the product at any time.

Refunds in the event of a cancellation are not guaranteed and will be dependent on the stage the commission has reached.
Once I have begun working on your commission, the maximum possible refund is 50%. The further the commission has progressed, the lower that percentage will become.
Complete or nearly completed commissions are not eligible for refunds of any kind.
If a cancellation is initiated as a result of the commissioner breaking the terms of service, no refund or compensation will be provided of any kind.
If a cancellation is initiated as a result of my own personal complications that prevent the completion of your commission, and is by no fault of the commissioner, a full refund will be provided.
PayPal chargebacks are prohibited. If a chargeback is filed for any reason, all rights to my work are immediately revoked. Anything I produced for you will be in my complete ownership, and I reserve the right to sell the work to new buyers
Filing a PayPal chargeback, or breaking the Terms of Service in any way means you consent to having any of our interactions and conversations published publicly without anonymity. Doing so means you consent to your name and identity being publicized, and I am not responsible for any repercussions that occur as a result.
